I've painted hundreds of pets. This is the first time I have painted our dog Moqui. This is the landing where she waits for us if we are downstairs in the studio where the cats live and she isn't sure where they are. Two of them, one of her. She knows the odds are against her

This is the first plein air painting I have done since our move. This is actually the lagoon right below our house. In fact our property comes right down to the waters edge. Just guessing but you will probably be seeing a lot of this little body of water.
