I can't remember the name of this variety. I'm too lazy to go look it up. It's enough for me that it's so great to look at and blooms when no other flower is willing.

- I'm a painter living in Enumclaw, Washington. It's a small town in the foothills below Mt. Rainier. My sculptor husband and I share 3 studios, a foundry,6 cats, a one-of-a-kind, custom, cast bronze door and cabinet hardware company and 5 beautiful acres of land on which we host a July outdoor sculpture show. "A Painting a Day" seemed a little over the top. Just up my alley. Don't look for any consistency in subject matter. The one sure thing? color! I absolutly love your strong use of color and your ability to convey light and shadow.
