"A Boyfriend" oil on masonite 6x6" sold
click on image to bid I'm ashamed to say I don't even know who this young man is. He was at the bronze pour and I fed him dinner, chatted a bit but never got introduced. Oh well; when you own an animated face like this you are fare game.
LOL wow. That's my boyfriend, Bryan Landis. He was there helping me out because I had several things being cast. This is a typical expression of his. He's a bit of a clown. I love the painting because it captures him quite well.
I'm a painter living in Enumclaw, Washington. It's a small town in the foothills below Mt. Rainier. My sculptor husband and I share 3 studios, a foundry,6 cats, a one-of-a-kind, custom, cast bronze door and cabinet hardware company and 5 beautiful acres of land on which we host a July outdoor sculpture show. "A Painting a Day" seemed a little over the top. Just up my alley. Don't look for any consistency in subject matter. The one sure thing? color!
Paintings can be purchased on Ebay of directly from our studio.

I love this, it looks like one of Norman Rockwell's characters, lol. Barb
