- Sharman Owings
- I'm a painter living in Enumclaw, Washington. It's a small town in the foothills below Mt. Rainier. My sculptor husband and I share 3 studios, a foundry,6 cats, a one-of-a-kind, custom, cast bronze door and cabinet hardware company and 5 beautiful acres of land on which we host a July outdoor sculpture show. "A Painting a Day" seemed a little over the top. Just up my alley. Don't look for any consistency in subject matter. The one sure thing? color! I am really enjoying your series of cows! Very well painted, good composition and strong contrasts.
It is great to see the developement of painting from the first cows to the ones of today.
Looking forward to seeing more!
