- I'm a painter living in Enumclaw, Washington. It's a small town in the foothills below Mt. Rainier. My sculptor husband and I share 3 studios, a foundry,6 cats, a one-of-a-kind, custom, cast bronze door and cabinet hardware company and 5 beautiful acres of land on which we host a July outdoor sculpture show. "A Painting a Day" seemed a little over the top. Just up my alley. Don't look for any consistency in subject matter. The one sure thing? color! Sharman, if you post on your blog on the 15th, then DP will pick it up that night to display for the 16th, which works out perfectly.
What a beautiful vivid self-portrait. Who could believe this woman is sixty!
