Same old song. I wish the photo was more accurate. The painting is a lot more subtle. It was intersting to spend time so close to my own eyeball. I thought my eyes were gray. At age 60 I found out they are green. Go figure.

This is so beautiful. I love the close up. Great idea.
A very witty, clever title. The eye is beautifully done. Color is so iffy via photography and the web. Even with some subtlety lost, it's extremely nice. I really like that shadow on the iris, such depth.
It's always really interesting to see the individual paintings our group comes up with for the Challenge each month.
I love your take on this one and especially the title... so fun!
