I have developed this theory; all cows in a herd face the same direction at any given time. Sometimes to face the sun, but where we live you can't count on there being sun so I'm not sure what gives.

- I'm a painter living in Enumclaw, Washington. It's a small town in the foothills below Mt. Rainier. My sculptor husband and I share 3 studios, a foundry,6 cats, a one-of-a-kind, custom, cast bronze door and cabinet hardware company and 5 beautiful acres of land on which we host a July outdoor sculpture show. "A Painting a Day" seemed a little over the top. Just up my alley. Don't look for any consistency in subject matter. The one sure thing? color! It's funny how you can look at DP site for months, and not click on someone's gallery. Your cow series is so great, I saw you gallery for the first time and thought what a wonderful artist you are! 'Specially like the cows, tulips, and shoe sheries. Very nice work.
