- I'm a painter living in Enumclaw, Washington. It's a small town in the foothills below Mt. Rainier. My sculptor husband and I share 3 studios, a foundry,6 cats, a one-of-a-kind, custom, cast bronze door and cabinet hardware company and 5 beautiful acres of land on which we host a July outdoor sculpture show. "A Painting a Day" seemed a little over the top. Just up my alley. Don't look for any consistency in subject matter. The one sure thing? color! Hi Sharman: I just found your blog and I LOVE the way you paint, This portrait is by far the best on your blog and seems to be a big transition from the figure work that has gone before it. What changed?
I have also entered the daily painters blog with my own at http://sharonlynnwilliams.blogspot.com -I guess I am just a late comer! I went through your whole blog and boy, what great strides your work has taken -I imagine to a large part due to the daily painting habit. I noticed that a lot of your paintings are unsold -what do you do with them all?
